Sales - Connecting Outlook to HubSpot
Your email and calendar need to be connected to HubSpot to benefit from lead nurturing, sequences and accurate reporting.
To connect your Outlook email and calendar to HubSpot, navigate to the organization name on the top right then select your profile.

Then under the general heading at the top of the page, select the email tab. Click "Connect personal email" and then check "select inbox automation" on the pop up window. Inbox automation needs to be selected so that HubSpot can schedule follow-up tasks and capture contact details from your email. You will be able to choose which items you want automated. On the pop up, click the "Turn on inbox automation" box. This feature enables HubSpot to set follow-up tasks and capture contact details from your email. You will be able to adjust the automation settings during the process. For more information about inbox automation, read this article.

Next, select the calendar tab and select the "Connect your calendar" button.

Then select Microsoft Outlook, and click "Connect your calendar."
