Unpaid Initial AAHA Member Dues - Accreditation Kit Order Delayed

Reminder email to member to pay PAPM dues before ACCRED KIT order can be processes.

Please note:

To finalize their transition from a pre-accredited practice to an officially AAHA Accredited member, all PAPM dues must be paid.

This means A-team and MXS cannot process their accreditation kit order form until the final dues show up in NF as paid or on a payment plan.

It doesn’t matter if payment is “in the mail” or “submitted to accounting to pay”, until our accounting team has received payment and applied in in NF, the practice still counts as unpaid.

If a practice sends an Accred Kit order form before their dues are paid (or if their AS forwards it to be without checking themselves) Reply to the email with this template and Carbon Copy(cc) the practice manager, medical director, and their AS, as needed.

Note if their dues are paid via a Corporation like VCA, note in email “we’re still waiting on payment from Corporate and will process the form once payment comes in”, and take out the payment methods bit.
