Information regarding VMI registration and attendance for the 2025 Program.

2025 VMI Payment Plans

Pricing:

  AAHA Members: 

                               $ 4,750 from (October 1st – October 31st )

                               $ 5,850 from (November 1st – December 2nd)

                               $ 6,350 from (December 3rd – January 24th)

                Non-Members:

                               $ 5,150 from (October 1st - October 31st)

                               $6,350 from (November 1st – December 2nd)

                               $6,850 from (December 3rd – January 24th)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the first session, January 8th, 2025, will receive a refund, minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations made between January 9th and March 7th, wherein the registration fee has been paid in full, will receive a refund of $2,000. Cancellations made between March 8th and April 11th, wherein the registration fee has been paid in full, will receive a refund of $1,000. No refunds will be given after April 12, 2025.

Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the first session, January 15th, 2024, will receive a refund, minus a $150 administrative fee.  Cancellations made between January 16th and March 8th, wherein the registration fee has been paid in full, will receive a refund of $2,000. Cancellations made between March 11th and April 12th, wherein the registration fee has been paid in full, will receive a refund of $1,000. All cancellations must be approved by our Learning Department leadership and no refunds will be given after April 13th, 2024.
