Customer Engagement owns ordering for all newly accredited hospitals when they receive their $200 credit. We do this for all newly accredited practices, including Cohorts.

Accreditation Kit Order Under $200
1. Search for the organization in the CRM module - Find Organization (search by name, zip code, city, state, etc.). Make sure they paid their dues invoice BEFORE processing the accreditation kit order by checking the Invoice tab and make sure the invoice is paid in full.
2. Create an invoice by clicking on the invoice option under Add.
3. Click on Add Product and select merchandise.
4. On the Centralized Order Entry – Merchandise screen, enter the product code in the product code field. Click the magnifying glass (in the blue box) to search.
IMPORTANT: If member is ordering “Certificate of Accreditation” [AKCERT, AKCERTF or AKCERTR], DO NOT enter it in netFORUM.
5. Select the code that does NOT say STAFF ONLY (those are for the PC Product Orders)
6. Change the quantity to the correct amount.
7. Click “save & add another” and add the rest of the products. On the last product click “save & finish” and check that the total is correct
8. Uncheck the send by email box
9. Add shipping to the order. MUST BE DONE TO SEND THE ORDER THROUGH API EVEN IF SHIPPING COST IS FREE!
10. Add the “payment”
- Batch: AAHA: daily work (today’s date)
- Type: prepaid
- Select “Free Payment Accreditation Kit” option

FOR CANADIAN ORDERS: To facilitate a quicker clearance by Customs, this order should be declared as a zero value and marked as "Education Material - Gift" on Customs declaration.

Accreditation Kit Order OVER $200
Note: steps 1 through 6 are the same as an Accreditation Kit under $200

3.Add the “payment”
- Batch: AAHA: proforma
- Type: prepaid
- Uncheck the Auto-apply payment and type in $200 in the payment amount box. This will apply the credit and leave an unpaid balance on the order.
