Multiple emails were sent to members who were interested in learning more about AAHA at the VMX 24 in Orlando. Customer Engagement is responsible for responding to any returned emails and/or directing the HubSpot ticket or directing it to the A-Team

Option 1:

- Determine if email needs to be forwarded to an AS for handling
- Send a return email to the sender with the following SNIPPET
- Labeled: Member/Non Member AAHA Interest
- Thank you for contacting AAHA. We have forwarded your email to the contact in your area. We appreciate your response and are excited to share more about AAHA with you.
- Labeled: Member/Non Member AAHA Interest

- Forward to the correct AS by state assignments
- Notate HubSpot that you forwarded the email to the A-Team for further contact
- Notate NetForum in Correspondence with a copy of the email and that you have forwarded it to the specific AS's name
- Close the ticket with the proper disposition
- VMX 24 Lead - Non Member Interested in Self Evaluation, Blueprint review or CCWT
- VMX 24 Lead - Non Member Wants more info on Accreditation
- VMX 24 Lead - Member would like more info on Referral Options
- VMX 24 Lead - Interested in Individual Membership
Option 2:

- If the email recipient is not interested in pursuing communication with the AAHA team, document in the ticket and close the ticket choosing the correct disposition code:
- VMX 24 Lead - Not interested in AAHA at this time
- VMX 24 Lead - Not interested in AAHA at this time
- Document HubSpot with the information for reporting
- Respond to senders email with the following SNIPPET
- No Interest in AAHA
- Thank you for your response. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know that, at this time, you are not interested in any additional information from AAHA. If that changes, please reach out and we would be happy to tell you more about the benefits of becoming AAHA Accredited or a Member of AAHA. Have a wonderful day.
